-GEORGE JACOB BAUER, 78, of Littleton died Jan. 11 in Denver. Services were Jan. 16, with burial at Foothills Gardens of Memory in Longmont. Mr. Bauer was born in Sterling on June 30, 1922. He married Catherine Lechman, 1944. He was a farmer/rancher and worked for Arapahoe County Road and Bridge for 17 years. He was a member of Knights of Columbus. Survivors include sons George Bauer, Allen of Montana, Steven, Gregory, both of Englewood, Ricky of Denver; sisters Rosa Mayhew of Washington, Irene Schimmel of Michigan.
-ANNE MCGUIRE BRECKENRIDGE, 59, of Conifer died Jan. 13. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at St. John's Cathedral, 1313 Clarkson St. Mrs. Breckenridge was born in Cincinnati on Nov. 30, 1941. She was a preschool teacher and established Cabin Camp. Survivors include daughters Elizabeth Filbaugh of Englewood, Mary Garza of Pennsylvania; sons Cabelle of Arizona, Charles of Virginia; sisters Treon Christine of Ohio, Mary Tyler and Sara Muspratt of Massachusetts; mother Elizabeth McGuire of Ohio; foster sons Justin Mphahlele and Sheldon Mphahlele, both of Denver.
-DIANE YVONNE BROWN, 49, of Denver died Jan. 6. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, at Word of Life Christian Center, 8700 E. Park Meadows Drive. Mrs. Brown was born Diane Yvonne Burgoyne in Denver on June 19, 1951. She was a drug and alcohol counselor and a hostess at Black Eyed Pea. She was a member of Word of Life Christian Center. Survivors include mother Janine Mayes of Denver; son Dean Lee Burgoyne of Denver.
-DORIS LARENE CHENEY, 88, of Evergreen died Jan. 11 in Wheat Ridge. Services were Jan. 15, with entombment in Crown Hill Mausoleum. Mrs. Cheney was born in Bountiful, Utah, on Feb. 8, 1912. She married Lowell Cheney, 1931. She was employed by Fashion Bar for 22 years. She is survived by daughter Gwynn Morr; three grandsons.
-REBECCA CHOATE, 48, of Denver died Jan. 12. Services were Jan. 15, with burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Mrs. Choate was born on July 18, 1952. Survivors include parents Guadalupe and Juanita Martinez, both of Denver; daughter Toni Segura of Denver; son Martin Lucero of California; brothers Joe Medina, Richard Delgado, Guadalupe Jr., all of Denver; sisters Molly Trujillo, Mary Duran, both of Denver; eight grandchildren.
-RAY P. COLLINS, 73, of Littleton died Jan. 5 in Denver. Services were Jan. 9. Mr. Collins was born in Denver on Aug. 17, 1927. He married Marjorie Snavely, 1948. He served in the Navy. He worked in sales. Survivors include daughters Kathy Peterson of Iowa, Patti Carlson of Loveland; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
-JANE PAULETTE DAHLSTROM, 53, of Lakewood died Jan. 7. Mrs. Dahlstrom was born in Denver on Jan. 27, 1947. She married Anton Dalstrom, 1984. She was a parts clerk for the Regional Transportation District. Survivors include her husband; son Kevin Babcock of Lakewood.
-GREGORY KENT DAVY, 49, of Aurora died Jan. 7. Services and burial were held in North Dakota. Mr. Davy was born in Minot, N.D., on April 15, 1951. He married Candice Hays, 1991. He was a supervisor in commercial construction. Survivors include his wife; mother Marjory of Nevada; sisters Sandy Foell of North Dakota, Carla Togstad of Indiana; brothers Douglas of Florida, Patrick of North Dakota.
-JOHN F. DECOCK, 83, of Wheat Ridge died Jan. 12. Services were Jan. 16, with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Mr. Decock was born in Chiles, Kan., on Jan. 27, 1917. He married Kathryn Wagner, 1947. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a traffic manager. Survivors include his wife; sons Tom of Missouri, John of California, Keenan of Denver, Gerald of New York, Brian of Wheat Ridge; daughters Mary Carnegie of Florida, Jane of Arvada, Patricia of Littleton, Peggy Choate of Wheat Ridge, Laura Dafni of Arvada, Phyllis Reinert of Wheat Ridge; 13 grandchildren.
-DeLACY FAUST FURMAN, 83, of Arvada died Dec. 13. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, at Jefferson Unitarian Church, 14350 W. 32nd Ave. She was born in Snow Camp, N.C., on Sept. 13, 1917. She was a retired student counselor at Arvada West. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and AAUW and was a volunteer at the Arvada Senior Center. Survivors include son Ronald of Washington; sister Nancy Carter of Longmont; brother Thomas Faust of North Carolina; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
-GEORGE MARINO, 82, of Aurora died Dec. 27. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, at Marcelle Manor Apartments, 6555 Schneider Way. Mr. Marino was born on March 27, 1918. Survivors include three sons; sister Lena Antonucci; brother Frank; six grandchildren.
-JEREMY ALLEN NOXON, 22, died Jan. 1 in Northglenn. Services were Jan. 15. Mr. Noxon was born in Denver on Nov. 24, 1978. Survivors include parents Roger and Kay of Northglenn; brother Brock of Thornton; sisters Kevi Schwab of Commerce City, Angela of Broomfield; grandparents Joseph and Doris Kennison of Westminster, Virgil and Nadine of Greeley.
-LOU E. OVERBY, 81, of Littleton died Dec. 15 in Denver. Services were Dec. 19, with burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Mrs. Overby was born in Big Spring, Texas, on April 27, 1919. She was an artist. Survivors include daughters Ginger McQuiston of Littleton, Shirley Maguire of Arvada; son Ken of Aurora; five grandchildren.
-RALPH L. PEAK, 84, of Aurora died Jan. 3. Services were Jan. 9, with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Mr. Peak was born in Springfield, Mo., on Aug. 8, 1916. He married Eloise Hancock, 1940. He served in the military during World War II. He was a member of Aurora Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include sons Theodore of Denver, John of California, Myron of Byers, Roy of Aurora; brothers Donald of Texas, Thad of Florida; five grandchildren.
-ELOISE M. PEAK, 85, of Aurora died Jan. 7. Services were Jan. 9, with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Mrs. Peak was born Eloise Hancock in Springfield, Mo., on July 15, 1915. She married Ralph Peak, 1940. She was a teacher and principal. She was a member of Aurora Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include sons Theodore of Denver, John of California, Myron of Byers, Roy of Aurora; sister Marjorie Stillman of Springfield; five grandchildren.
-MARIAM LOWE PECK-ETHERIDGE, 86, of Westminster died Jan. 10. Services were Jan. 15, with burial at Crown Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Peck-Etheridge was born in Rochester, Ind., on Sept. 19, 1914. She married William Peck, deceased, and Ellis Etheridge. She was a sales clerk. She was a member of the Fairmont Quilting Club and VFW Auxiliary No. 4171. Survivors include her husband; son Ronald Peck of Arvada; daughter Janie Hiatt-Bullard of Fort Collins; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
-EVERETT M. ROARK, 86, of Denver died Jan. 6. Services were Jan. 12, with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Mr. Roark was born in Pittsburg, Texas, on July 5, 1914. He married Faye Truelock, 1940. He served in the Navy. He worked for Public Service Company of Colorado. Survivors include his wife; daughter Donna Hudson; son Eric of Germany; five grandchildren.
-MARGARET A. ROONEY, 87, of Denver died Jan. 5. Services were Jan. 9, with burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. She was born in Denver on Jan. 18, 1913. She was a librarian at the Denver Central Library. Survivors include nieces and nephews.
-HARRY SEEMAN JR., 69, of Aurora died Jan. 10. Mr. Seeman was born in McCook, Neb., on May 7, 1931. He was an insurance agent. Survivors include sons Roderick of the Philippines, Robert Brooks of Castle Rock; daughter Constance Perez of Littleton; five grandchildren.
-EDWIN L. STREET, 85, of Brighton died Jan. 10. Services were Jan. 15. Mr. Street was born in Kirk on April 16, 1915. He married Louise Leach, 1938. He owned and operated a farm in Kirk. He was a member of Elmwood Baptist Church and Pierce Arrow Society. Survivors include sons Jerry of Brighton, Ernest of Fort Morgan, Carole Shennum of Fort Lupton; sister Mildred Frank of Greeley; twin sister Edna Vos of Brighton; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
-THOMAS HARVEY THOMPSON Jr., 65, of Byers died Jan. 7. Services were Jan. 10, with burial at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Thompson was born in Denver on July 9, 1935. He married Claudia Ham, 1956. He was a farmer and rancher. He was past president of Colorado Wool Growers Association. Survivors include his wife; sons Tom II of Byers, Timothy of Platteville; daughters Cristy of Broomfield, Wendy Dunn of Byers; seven grandchildren.
-MARIA THERESA TRACY, 4, of Parker died Jan. 9 in Denver. Services were Jan. 15. Tracy was born in Aurora on March 2, 1996. Survivors include parents Kelly and Sheila, both of Parker; brother Trenton of Parker.
-IRVING S. WANGE, 83, of Aurora died Jan. 11. Services to be held at a later date. Mr. Wange was born in Yalesville, Conn., on Dec. 1, 1917. He married Dorothy Johnson, 1940. He served in the Army during World War II. He had been a manufacturer's representative for Wange and Associates in Denver. He was a member and past president of Rotary Club and a member of Aurora Optimist Club and the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife; daughters Katrina Alpine of Delaware, Donna Kerns of Virginia, Polly Brown of Washington; son Lawrence of Parker; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
-EVELYN P. WILDE, 92, of Denver died Dec. 26. Services were Jan. 3, with burial at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Wilde was born Evelyn Barrett in Kansas City, Kan., on March 8, 1908. She married Edwin Wilde, 1934. She was a seamstress. She was a member of Gold Star Mothers Organization. Survivors include sons Fred and Thomas of Denver; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
